*sigh* its finally done! the troll picture i've been rambling about!

though done is a relative term, i'm still not completely satisfied with it, so i entice anyone to bitch about every little detail that might bother them, i need to learn from this picture.

damn i've been working on this for AGES...

all done with brushes in photoshop forgot-wich-version, not a single layer-effect or stuff like that, though i dod ofcourse use several layers to organise. normal 'flat' brushes where used for most, but for the glowy thingis i used a soft one.

meh, enjoy!

and oh yeah, full vieuw is highly recommended :paranoid:

i would say thematically there is something missing there, troll has no purpose. and if this is related to WoW...there needs to be 10000 boars and scorpions in the background behind him.

if anyone could b*tch about this, they must have really good attention to detail, because i can't really find anything wrong with this, the palette is just stunning, and the details are really nice, down to the vein in his foot

yes indeed, it is a wow related picture, anyone who can pinpoint his exact position will get a cookie :D

i havnt got the shading down correctly yet, its just not perfect... damn me..

but it is good enough to satisfy me, and i will send it to blizzard fanart, see if they brint this.

oh yeah, and there are not a bazillion bores and scorpoins in the back becouse i was too lazy to add them, and didnt really think they would add too much ;)

This is a very good piece!!:)
Shadow and luster balance is very harmonious.
Especially, it is good,you chose dark violet(purple) to paint shadow.

Color scheme is good too.

In my humble opinion, highlight(reflected light) on clothes is strong a little.

This art work is wonderful!:dance:

yeah i need to work on my material-lighting i suppose, i'm no good at it yet. i also need to think more and gut less. meh.
